I wanted to take a moment to thank the entire team in assisting myself with the sale of my former home, as well as the purchase of my new home. MORE THAN JUST A REALTOR®!
In looking to find a real estate agent I found much more than I bargained to ever find to support the sale of my property. I was ready I had my property decluttered, clean and in show condition now all I needed was a agent that also knew how to perform above my expectations. I found that in Clair and Yazan and they shocked me minutes after meeting them we were onto success. The evaluation of my property was honest and to the point just what I wanted. Now what they did in effort was amazing. From the professional brochure of my property to the listing on the internet and wording was just perfect I did not have to advise them at all of my wishes they went far beyond expectations of any other agents I have worked with in the past. They made sure I was informed of each and every showing and the information pipeline worked well. Usually a person walks away from a sale with mixed feelings I walked away more than satisfied. Frustrated with Commission Free company
It was not hard for us to decide to sell our townhouse. We initally chose to go with the commission free realty company and were unsuccessful and very frustrated. No one to guide us or provide us with feedback about our home and any concerns people had. One day Bashar called and kept my husband on the phone for whole conversation. Needless to say we had a meeting with Bashar and a few days later we signed with him. And in 2 weeks we sold our place for more than we were initially asking. Bashar is a approachable, articulate, experienced and a true professional. He is hands down the best Realtor we have met and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I made 29k dealing with Team Ramahi
I had my home with a FSBO company. I had it listed at $149000 and I was so excited that i actually had an offer on it for $148000. A friend told me to call Bashar before I do anything just to be sure I wasnt making a mistake. I met Bashar and he told me he could get me more than I was asking. I told him he could try if he wanted all the time thinking that there is no was he could get me that much more, according to my math with his commisions added he would have to get over 156000 for it to be profitable for me. Bashar listed my property on Monday and on Wednesday he called me and said I have some good news. When we met he explained that we had 3 offers one was for $159000, one was for $165,000, and one was for an amazing $187000. After all fees were paid I ended up with nearly a $29000 profit. I couldnt believe it. I will never try to sell a property on my own again. It nearly cost me a lot of money.

I tried selling by owner. It was a disaster. I had so many calls at all hours of the day and on many occassions they never even showed up. I was at my wits end. I was so frustrated and unsure what to do. I found a flyer with the name Team Ramahi on it and I read one of the testamonials on it. The person sounded just like me. The testamonial said " I tried for weeks and weeks to sell my home with no luck. Frustrated and confused I turned to Team Ramahi for help. Within 3 days of listing I had an offer on my home and with 8 days it was SOLD for 99% of asking price. I laughed thinking to myself there is no way but sure enough just 5 days later we had an offer and I actually ended selling my house for more than we were asking.
